I have Tanabe NF210 springs for a drop of 1.1 in the front and 1.3 in the rear. My tires are 205/40/17 and wheels are 17x7 with 38mm offset. Remember, the lower the offset, the furthur OUT it places your wheels. So, I am as wide as is recommended (as seen in the close-up of the front wheel). I have never rubbed, probably due to the slightly smaller tire diameter.
