Just got the antenna from the Lexus dealer today and got it installed, looks awesome!! But you need to do some work on the antenna before it fits to our car (CDN model).
All you need to do is to remove ~4mm of material at the bottom of the antenna, to make the screw extrudes out. Once you get this done, it fits to the Yaris base perfectly. I also tested the reception on the radio, it did not have any effect, all stations are still crystal clear as before. Part number is the same one mentioned in this thread, and I asked for the 07 RX350 antenna from my dealer. It is about $47 CDN including tax. Last edited by GabL; 07-28-2007 at 10:39 PM. |
