That is what I'm hoping. I see a yaris sport liftback in my future...
The dealership just called me, the estimate they came up with was $7,859.32. That is almost $3,000 more damage than what the accident total was. If you add the two together that comes to almost what I paid for the car.

They need to total that thing! The insurance company can sell it for parts. Most mechanical parts are still perfect.

Back in the day with the MK2 Jetta/Golf's With Recaro seats in them, If the recaros were stolen or damaged, the car was considered a write off no matter what damage was done to the rest of the car.
