Anybody know what brand these are? A name or a web link would be appreciated.

well, that is what I would do

they obviously have a different number of spokes but still a cool wheel and very affordable

I bought my Rota Wheels through these guys...

No, I don't think so ... look at the way the centercap is designed. It's different than the Konig Next.
