Hey mate,
ET42 would be okay all 'round. A staggered offset application may look a bit better, but it certainly isn't necessary. I presume you'll be running 215/35's on 18's. That being the case, you need to run high offset rims otherwise the tire sidewalls will poke out up front, which will look especially go-cart like since you won't be lowering the car.
