Here in MN there was a 07 LB with asking price of over 16K on Car Soup. That was used!!

The supply/Demand thing is really playing out here. I got an 06 Camry when the 07's came out. Got if for a song. There were 6 XLE's on the lot exactly the same. (There was a body style change too) but in the Yaris, I tried to haggle and they just looked at me funny as I was pecking them for over 3 weeks for a LB,.... any LB. Got a stick loaded up as a quirk in some other deal. More stuff than I hoped for.

Got mine with the 6 year/100K extended warranty and was like 15,100K and change. Here was my "deal". No secrets here. Just plain numbers.

12,750 Car (07LB, PP, Convience, All weather, 5 speed)
828.75 Taxes
50.00 Document Fee
8.00 Title
45.00 Transfer Plates
1450.00 Extended warranty bumper to bumper

15,131.75 GRAND TOTAL.

You did not get screwed, you bought a NEW car that is in high demand with little supply at MSRP.
