Just got my '08!
Hi all. I'm new to the forum and I just purchased an '08 liftback auto with power package and the extra airbags and ABS. I've had it a week today and love this car. I traded a 98 Chevy Cavalier for it that had turned into Christine so I had to get rid of it.
I think the only change for 08 is the low tire pressure indicator light..correct me if I'm wrong...I ordered from a dealer so I got to pick exactly what I wanted. Thanks for looking!

Nope....no tach here...
I have to say my favorite feature is the turning radius and the responsive steering... |

Any mods? Probably not. I'm pretty much plain vanilla in the car department. However, I really don't care much for those flimsy wheel covers. |

ugh thats the one thing that is going to suck....the tpms (tire pressure monitor system) is set up for that exact rim/tire setup any changes requires (if possible) dealer going in with the factory scan tool and changing options etc...all 2008 vehicle must have tpms systems installed and alot of them will be dealer resets only...which is going to suck if you get a flat tire or change wheels...gonna have to take it back to the dealer to get the light reset...
hopefully though once you get the right psi back in it driving it for about 1/4 mile will reset the light. or is there a button down on the left side of the steering colum or in the glovebox for TPMS? anyways congratulations on the new car and take care of the front of her, the paint is really thin! WELCOME! |

You could purchase some nice wheels and just use the original tires. It really wouldn't cost too much for some good quality wheels that you would like far more than the hubcaps.
