Just did a full 2" custom Stainless Steel downpipe with flowmaster 40 series endbox. Removed the cats in the process too since we don't have any emissions testing here whatsoever. OEM resonator. Yes I also did the axle-back section too, forgot to take a photo.
It has a very deep tone, but I would like to quiet it down just a little on the low rev range (upto 3000 RPM?), should I put in another resonator or a high-flow cat to town it down? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

The beginning of my custom exhaust. 2.25" × 12" glass pack and a 3" tailpipe. Next step is to go to exhaust shop and have them fab me up a bend with flange to go over the axle so I can weld it all up. I want it to be bolt on so if me or my wife don't like it I can easily swap back to factory

UPDATE: i have everything welded up and put on, will get pics and video next weekend. too dark and windy outside now. plus i still need to take it back off and paint it.

Sounds really good for a scratchbuilt system.

(Your welding looks better than mine... )

I like that sturdy support for the exhaust tip.

2" straight pipe/ muffler delete. It has more clearance to the bag than it appears to. Made with scraps around the shop with the $90 flux-core Harbor Freight welder.

In car video, audio isn't that great as my camera mount was vibrating and making noise.

Im looking for a custom full exhaust for a toyota yaris. I dont want any check engine light to come on. Can I remove one of the cats and the resonator, while installing an OBX Header and Axle Back Exhaust without problems?

If you delete the cat and you just have resonators you're going to have to space out the secondary O2 sensor further away from the pipe to read differently than the one that's in the OBX header. If you go to a good person they should know what to do otherwise you could sort out a spark plug non fouler or I'm sure they sell 02 spacers on eBay

This is my 2009 Yaris liftback turbo, with a custom cat-back exhaust featuring 2.5" piping, a resonator and secondary cat delete, and a Tanabe muffler at the back.

Let me know what you guys think.
