Correct, plus it's only 6.5 inches wide which gives an extra 1/4 inch clearance on both the inside and outside (compared to a 7 inch wide +39mm wheel). The 26 offset though, that's 13mm or just over 1/2 inch that it will push the wheel outward. It will be close on a 6.5 rim...
