Look for a dedicated rustproof service like Krownhttp://www.krown.com/#default
Or
Carwell http://www.carwell.com/

No idea where Suffolk is but i'm sure if you look in the telephone directory you'll find some kind of company that specializes in rust prevention.

These rust prevention places usually charge about $100, a Dealer is way too expensive and usually charges $4-$500 for the same job.
Doing it properly yourself is not going to work as you need a lift, special wands for application, special rust prevention fluid, air compressor, and a dedicated space thats going to become very oily very fast.

Heres where i go

+1 ziebart sprayed on this tar like substance that eventually dried out and cracked creating more trouble than if you hadnt done anything..
The spray product should be either oil or very close in apperance to oil and should be applied on a yearly basis.A few garages use grease but its expensive.

What you could try doing is buying a few cans of black rustoleum aresol cans. And spray as much of the undercar you can get. Then after it drys purchase one of those hand pump insectiside sprayers. The kind with the long wand for reach places. Fill it witha sort of liquid white lithium grease. Something that is water resistant. You would have to use google on that one. And then spray liberally a coat under the car. All of this should only cost you 50 bucks. And then you can coat the undervehicle whenever you like. Say once every few months for pennys on the dollar what it would cost you to do it professionally.
