I do not agree. If you have the money, spend it and support the economy if it doesn't put you in the hole. As everyone has said, the weight and drag created due to the style/type you choose will be the deciding factor on MPG. Have fun with it, build it like you want. It's your hobby, your car.

Better to grow up. Put the money to better use like education. Learn a skill or trade that will allow you to make at least $100,000 per year.

Otherwise, you live in a state of mediocrity....just another idiot that blew his wad on tupperware to get the "fast & furious" look.

Grow. Up. Son.

The Yaris is a great car, but it's mission is not to get you laid, or make you look like Tom Cruise. It's mission is to save you $$, keep you safe, and be reliable.

Hmm...not to get "off topic" but you already did. That might the the "mission" of your Yaris, but to each his own, really. Why be so judgemental in EVERY FLIPPING post that comes up? Really, you're sounding a bit preachy and pretty soon, folks just stop listening. You might be making $100,000 dollars today, but tomorrow could be a LOT different. If he wants to enjoy his car HIS way, let him. And take your own advice Grow. Up. Son.

Hey young lady, he can do what he wants with his money, Yaris, you name it.

And yes, tomorrow I can lose my job, and your stating that fact only strenghthen's what I wrote before. In othe words, open your eyes and see that the economy is in the toilet, jobs are being lost every second of the day.

You write "...If he wants to enjoy his car let him...". Now how am I preventing him or anyone from "enjoying their car"?

The more immature one is, the more "preachy" people like me sound. But then I guess Dr. Phil, Dr. Laura, and Suzy Orman all sound "preachy" to you too.

Grow. Up. Little. Girl.

Now go boohoo to the moderator, thn go straight to your room and no dinner!!!

I agree with the enjoy part. At 51, I have learned life is short. If you want to put all that stuff on, enjoy it! You are stimulating the economy...but more importantly,l you are stimulating your life!
