mikenacarato SIPNDEW View User's Garage Drives: 15 STI Join Date: Oct 2008 Location: Brentwood, TN Posts: 2,281	welding onto the strut body is fine as long as you know what your doing. i welded a swaybar tab onto my bilstein shocks on my old 3 series bmw so i could use a M3 swaybar, no problems at all.
