with this new job driving farther , making less, I decided to claim 1 and married, that way we could still make our payments on time. we tried to donate as much as we could and save where we could but we still ended up owing. so now I've got to claim 0 married and we may not be able to pay all our bills on time anymore....that or risk draining our emergency funds etc.....
Tony, glad to hear you're doing ok I saw you just bought a house, congrats on being able to wait until this time when the market is a buyer's. I bouht during the boom (out of necessity not because I wanted to) and I'm not trying to sob story ya, but we've lost on top of the $311 any chances of getting equity on this house (read house value dropped by $50,000 USD)
