I didn't buy the Toyota lights. I went to Pepboys and bought some LEDs and wired them in myself. Cost: ~$40. Time: 20 minutes. They're subtle, but bright enough to see from outside the tints, and not so bright that it strains your eyes at night. Are you running manual or auto?

hmm so pepboys huh... not sure i have one of those around here but i'm thinkin autozone would be the same right? anyway i'm running a manual. what kind of difference would that make? and do they happen to have different colored LEDs for this type of thing. i guess i want blue i just wish my stock cluster gauges weren't orange ish... guess i'll think about it. around $40 sounds much better than around $150. wouldn't mind it so much if it turned out i didn't like em. |
