When I'm at the Autocross at 6500 rpm I really don't want it to blow up, thats why I want to get rid of any harmonic vibrations especially ones big enough to feel in the seat of the car, under no load. I still have not had time to remove the aftermarket muffler to see if thats all it is, now go sail away

Yubbut - y'see - it's the "no load" thing that bugs me, since the engine will behave very differently at load to how it behaves without load. It is entirely possible that there is NO vibration induced under load. By repeatedly running the engine to high no-load rpms, you may in fact be damaging the little beast.
That's my point...

So I'll go sail away - blow it up if you want.
