OK, here is a good one.
Assume that the salaries of elementary school teachers in the United States have a mean of $32k and a st. dev. of $3k. If 100 teachers are randomly selected, find the probability that their mean salary is greater than $32,500. I want to answer "THIS IS WHY GOD INVENTED CALCULATOR PROGRAMS" but that won't work. |
