Judging from the picture looking from the back, it seems to have digned the frame in between the pillar and the rear wheel. That may make it difficult to align properly in the future.
If the insurance wants to total, go for it and take an 09. Put your factory wheels back on before they take it away and sell the 1 good rim. Take the proceeds from that and get some accessory on the new one. (or buy a lottery ticket!)

You walked away and that's great. Considering that the van could easily be more than 2x your weight, you did pretty well.
