How can it possibly cost that much? Do people realize that that is 1/5th the price of the whole freakin car? For a few digital buttons?!! Come on now!

Individual car parts are significantly marked up (>3x actual cost). I just bought a set of 09 fog light trim pieces (the plastic pieces that surround the fog lights) for $28 each from my local dealership. Those probably cost under $2 each to manufacture...
