Tuerca Loca was a 8 second civic 1991 HB
La Pulga a 8 second HYUNDAI "accent" which beated the Tuerca Loca in 3 out of 2 match in PONCE.
It's been years I don't know about nationals but that's kinda crazy 8 second FWD that are 4cyl.
