there is an "official" speed limit of 80km/h (50MPH) on that highway but really only trucks and buses drive at that speed. Average speed is about 100km/h and usually in the fast lane it's 120-140km/h. There were cars ahead of me going quite faster than that... It may look dangerous and unsafe but in many ways there is order in this chaos, most people have an expectation of what other drivers are going to do, it's like there's an unwritten book of the road, but it does not always go accordingly.
