How's he stereotyping? 'Punks' does'nt refer to any racial group!

Stereotyping has nothing to do with race but can be done by race......

Sorry it took a slight turn but I was just defending myself against an odd comment from Bob. My post was trying to be helpful (below) but I didn't realize "punks" was such a bad word and I was attacked. Let's just call the gentleman who broke into your car a "citizen specializing in automotive vandalism".
