Thanks 1NZYaris1, but unfortunately the one that ezhacker1 and I bought was not the OEM Toyota brand.
I notice the fasteners on the PDF - I'll see if I can find something like that at the local hardware store.

if the 2 screws were longer i could see how it would work. maybe im just not as intuitive.

I think it's kind of like this, but since you bought yours from kargoboy like I did, I think you'll probably have to find better fasteners at your local hardware store. The ones that came with the spoiler looked kind of funny to me. Don't mind the bad illustration -drawing with a mouse is a b*.

Mines just glued on , been on for a year know no issues at all.
