The weekend was nice. Slow...which is good. Usually they fly by. Yours?

Mine actually went pretty fast. But it was good. Cookouts, fishing with the wife, packing up body kits and other various Yaris parts.. life is good.

Nice weekend. Let's see. Played Trail of Cthulhu on Saturday. On Sunday I went for a hike along the C&O Canal in Great Falls, went out to eat at a French restaurant, got sick later that night from something I had at said French restaurant (probably the calamari). On Monday I went out to brunch at a mezze restaurant in DC, then walked around the memorials in the rain and chilled at a bar for a few hours, then came home and finished up Buffy the Vampire Slayer. All in all, good weekend.

Mine was pretty good. Went by really fast though. The weather up here in Ohio was amazing for it though, 80's and sunny all weekend.

Just back from Walmart. Husband starts a new "shift" today at work which they want him to supervise. Well they call it a shift. He goes at 4:30 pm and gets off at 6:00 am. It will be a 4 day week thing (Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs). The way I figure that's 52 hours. Hopefully taxes won't kill us and there needs to be a serious raise in there somewhere.

Any way went to Walmart to load him up on food and snacks. Certainly won't be able to go many places to get food and they really only get 30 minutes for a meal break.
