Does that quote include the lugs and hub centering rings? If so, there is nothing else you need. How much were the Drag rims you were going to purchase locally?

locally with falkens around $1100 but the guy stop dealing with drags just recently ..had issues with them on promised shipping delays

Can you get the tires for $400? If so, you are as good as local going with Discount Tire. Better yet, get a quote from DTD with Falken tires mounted and balanced.
