Did a bit of research, looks like there are some issues regarding legality and other issues regarding insurance dropping you if something happens if a spacer fails, so I'll lean the way of safety/legality.

some people did not put extended studs in to compensate And /OR they where not hub centric as well , these Penquin hub spacer's are a must have if you want too fill your inner guard and keep both your front and rear wheels the same offset. Unnoticeable if painted and are fitted to the rear. |
