I had similar problem. I went looking for a bit bigger muffler hangers but couldnt. So i pressed on the sides of the stock ones and my exhaust went lower by about 15 to 20mm. And yeah i got some cable ties and tightened it around the hangers...so i have enough clearance and i lived happily ever after lol
