You will have to sense the current through the window motors. If the windows are completely shut, open or there is a blocking (i.e. your finger) the current through the motor will rise and power should be cut.

After market modules wil go into "auto" mode when you tap the switch short and will operate in manual mode when you hold the button longer until the desired position is reached.
