I bought the driver's refill (they want like $50 for the blade assy!), the pass blade assy, and the rear blade assy from an online toyota dealer. They were NOT expensive and I know they will fit and look right.
1yr 3 months later and my original wipers that came off the boat on the car are still in perfect condition. Even after a NY winter!
