I just bought these:
 (I know it says HID but they aren't) HID's aren't allowed here or I need headlight washers and automatich headlight height adjustment. So "normal" bulbs for me. I do hope they shine a bit whiter than stock bulbs. I've found this site where they tested some of these 4000+ K bulbs and a lot of them where much lower than what the box said. http://clublexus.com/forums/lighting...p-results.html
