They have the hole because pb start is available in some markets. For the sedan, it is available in the Asian market.

if there available in the Asian market is there any way to get a part number for the sedan trim piece? any ideas?

The Asian market one has the hole on the opposite side of the radio, so the trim piece won't work for a USDM car.
