I think we should just look into next year with high hopes. This year was just doomed due to many negative attributes including the economy (and Andy being anti-social lol jk).
as for judging, i would stop depending on technical advantage. Best thing to do would be to source 3 ppl one from each community (scion,toyota, classic toyota) and have them judge each car simultaneously.
