There seems to be some mixed angst over this rear sway bar thing. I had a Progress on my xB and it was perfect! It kept the tail from wagging and gave it a more neutral steering effect. Lift off the throttle and the tail would rotate out in a CONTROLLED fashion.

If you increase the front along with the rear you have essentially done nothing but reduce body lean and kept understeer the same.
