I think I'm going to go w/ the Nokian WRs. Kal Tire offered $140 for the four OEM Potenza 185/60R15 RE92s. Hope I won't regret my decision when the weather gets warmer.

That looks like a smart choice. I didn't even know about those tires, they have an aggressive profile for an all season tire

Are those pricey ?

They are somewhat pricey. It's C$ 154.90/tire. Kal Tire told me they'll have a tire sale/promotion in March, but I couldn't wait that long. Plus, I don't even know if the WRs will go on sale. Kal Tire is also the only Nokian dealer in my city, so I don't have much choice.

Will let you guys know the results.

Well, not the cheapest on the market, but it should do the job

What is your tire size (i.e. for ex. 195/65R15) ?

Hystria, the tire size is 185/60R15.

It's been over 100 Kms w/ the WRs. I'm somewhat impressed. The ABS has never kicked in since the WRs're on. I have a lot more confidence on the snow and icy road. It's like night and day (on the snow and icy conditions).

On the negative side, the WRs seem louder than the Potenza RE92s. It's somewhat annoying at first; I'm starting to get used to it now. I also feel that these tires have a bit too much grip on a dry road. Contrary to many reviews/reports, I still feel that the RE92s were pretty decent on a dry road.
