Nope, but it was about 1/2" lower at first and was scuffing the front fender liners. I get no rubbing now, even on some of our rougher streets. If I take a dip or bump too fast, I'll occasionally get a momentary rub up front, but its never significant. Bear in mind I'm 40 and not tolerant of noises or rubbing, so minor to me is really minor. The handling is ridiculous with these.
![]() If you have an axle-back exhaust that has larger-diameter tubing AND you do the rear-axle mod (relocating pivot bolt), you may get some rattling when the exhaust bumps the top of the axle. I installed a shorter, stiffer Poly hanger that took care of it, but now the axle is back in stock position (required for SCCA autocross classing), and there is plenty of clearance. |
