What's the typical price, dealer installed, for the TRD lowering kit?

A dealer told me about $500 ($80 per hour) to install the TRD sport shocks. Needless to say, I'm having an independent mechanic do it, at $50 per hour.

Are TRD parts covered under the Toyota warranty no matter who installs them?
