Thats the thing with the yaris... you can remove the oil filter without having to drain your oil. You lose somewhere between a cup to a pint of oil, that is it. unscrew filter, a tiny stream pours out, put new filter in, put a cup or two of oil back in, and start her up. The longest part of the job is the time it takes to jack up the car.
