Are center (dust) caps really necessary for steelies??
So are center caps needed for the stock steelies that have the axle thing showing through the front wheels? The reason I ask, is that I took of the hubcaps and can see the axle nut thing and didn't know if it needs to be covered? Thanks.

However ......
A guy drivin yo car Jess maht get ahrested, . . . . . . since it'd be illegal if a guy drove around with his nuts in plain view.

That was pretty lame...
 Anyhow, no, but watch that center axle rust to smitherins within a year or two. So, you're best off to leave them on... |
