Oh...and for the record...I've used Castrol GTX and a PureOne filter on all of my cars for as long as I can remember.

Exactly!
Any compitent mechanic will tell you that most all modern oils are basically the same and the important thing is to just change it frequently.
BTW, as I understand it "high milage" oil is just oil with some added detergents to help clear out sludge. However if you change it often you will not have sludge to begin with.
