We're a Unified Communications company providing everything from IP telephony, voice mail, ACD (automatic call distribution - the stuff call centers are made of) to instant messaging, voice, video and web conferencing, but my specialty is windows applications development. I work on a product called the ShoreTel Communicator (formerly known as ShoreTel Call Manager):

Started out designing automotive dashboard pointers, fuel pumps, air pumps, and cruise control components. (for a second tier FORD - GM part supplier)
