(Help) Me Jealous? Friend buys 2010 Yaris. - Toyota Yaris Forums

I had a 1981 Toyo Starlet that had a 1.3L engine in it with a 5-speed manual. That little sucker got 52mpg. I always wondered why they stopped making that car. We sure need mileage like that now. Sorry if this was a little off-topic.

Toyota got sick of everyone stuffing a rotary engine in them.

Ah... I owned mine in 1982 and I loved rarely buying gas...even though it was fairly cheap then.
