You can buy the S parts from Toyota. The S bumper is diffrent from your stock bumper. There are a series of slits that are cut into the S bumper to fit the lower air damn. You could cut the holes in your stock bumper. I had a base model 3 door hatchback which I traded in for an S. I was going to convert my base to an S, but stumbled upon one at the dealer. They are really hard to find in my area. The S kit minus the fog lights cost around $2000.00 from Toyota.
