I'm in pain. I'd rate the pain a constant 7/10. My lower left back area hurts, I havent been lifting anything so I'm worried it may be kidney stones (never had them before) or an intestinal blockage. I cant get back to sleep. Wondering if I should head off to ER or give it a few more hours. I havent taken any pain killers for the pain either.
