I purchased my 2009 Yaris LB new and so far the water pump and the water pump belt had to be replaced with only 16k miles on the odometer. I had to bring my Yaris back to the dealership three times after the water pump replacement due to coolant leaking. After three trips to the dealership the problem still hasn't been resolved since I've been forced to refill my coolant reservoir once a week due to coolant lost.

That is lemon law.

Tell them to give you a new car

I've been carefully documenting everything after my 4th visit to Toyota of Olympia dealership. I don't think my Yaris is a lemon at this point, but I think it's just carelessness of the Toyota of Olympia dealership techs (the mess they left in my Yaris). The dealership claimed that there is nothing wrong, but air pockets in the engine?
