You can also go under accesibility options and use the on screen keyboard. Another thing you can do is go get a new keyboard or find one used. I have a ton of them.

Say I wanna do the high gloss spray paint approach to making my steel wheels look better. Would you clear coat them as well? (or is the high gloss glossy enough?)

I'd slap some clear coat on there. The gloss will last longer.
