This my opinion.
There is not much "aiming" to do with the HID+stock housings, really. The stock set up is reflective (the light is bounced off the back of the headlight housing), and because of this, there is no "cutoff" either. That is a phrase reserved for projectors. You ARE going to increase glare if you switch to HID's in the stock headlight. How much more is subjective and will not show up in pictures. Maybe others can post their experiences and that will be helpful to you.
