Yea I wouldnt worry about sleeving, the factory sleeves are plenty strong. I have about 30,000 miles on my built motor now, it has been reliable and there is no signs of abnormal cylinder wear ( I do leakdown test every 6 months). If sleeving isnt done properly then you will encounter issues, it's not worth the risk in my opinion .

I build most of the motors at Ptuning , I can tell you the factory sleeves are the same thickness as the tc block from looking at the motors torn down. We have taken that block past 600hp.
