If you are gonna upgrade wheels and tires I feel that the other parts need love too. Otherwise just leave the steelies and hubcaps on IMHO.

And painting is stupid. Big wheels with drums and little calipers and rotors are cheesey... Do a Brembo Big Brake upgrade and rear disc conversion or don't bother..
