I'm not sure about B.C. but if you're caught with an active nitrous system in Ontario, they'll impound your car. They also fine you $500-2000 and may also put you in jail for up to 6 months. I doubt it's much different in B.C.
You're better off doing a turbo kit. It will be cheaper in the long run. Have you even sourced a supplier for N^2O? |
