Well my guess is $1500-2000 to fix.They most likely will for quickness in the shop install a new door,pull the Bpillar out and reshape,and then repaint it all good as new.What ever his insurance deductable is is what he wil get stuck paying.
AT least it is a simple fix,the dad will take care of it,probably feels really bad right now and could be talked into a new set of wheels....giggle. |

I would guess closer to the $2000, if not more. Back in 2001, I had similar sized damage on another car except it was door/front fender. They replaced the door skin and just replaced the front fender and it cost $1300 back then...

At first I though the damage was only on the door panel. Replacing one panel isn't going to be that much. But it looks like the rear panel must be busted as well. I still think it'sll only be 1000 bucks though.
