I run 205/45-16s, and don't notice any difference from the "stock size" tire.

My Yaris 1.33 has 205/45/16 Sumitomo HTRZ.Add it has Eibach (40mm) sport springs. It better than comfort original tyre (185-60-15 Bridgestone Potenza RE080) Original tyre is really poor.Handling is disastrous
